Return and Exchange Policy

La Belle Hair Extensions holds an easy 30 days return policy if you wish to return your hair extensions. From date of delivery you have 30 days to return your hair extensions for a store credit.  

The hair extensions must be kept in their original packaging, not removed at all in order to qualify for a return. If you wish to return your hair extensions for a store credit, please email us at return@labellehair.com.au to help you. Please note, we only offer store credits.

The lifespan of the hair extensions is mainly dependent on the products used, and how the hair is treated with heat. If your hair extensions are damage, La belle Hair Extensions holds a 30 days warranty from date of delivery. We recommend a qualified professional hairdresser apply or dye your hair extensions. 

La Belle Hair Extensions is not responsible for any damage to the product or its function due to improper application. We suggest any issues with the hair being brought to our attention before the 30 days is up.
